Hi I am trying to configure configure IVR for Inbound calls eg Welcome MSG and then Press 1 for help press 2 for sales. as I am able to configure simple ivr and with play msg and calls are routing to campaign but I am not able to configure with press 1 for help and press 2 for sales can any one help me out.
