Does anyone have a way to give the agents access to their own stats - Calls/hour, calls today, conversion rate, etc? How about a screen that appears between calls(maybe in the scripts tab)?

Is there a way to show launch a webpage when the agent is paused? I'd like a timer to launch to keep track of break times.

You can do this if you are a programmer with intermediate PHP-Mysql knowledge. All you would do is use the Webform link to pop-up your custom PHP page which would display the stats you need to display to your agent.
