Change the Time or Clock at Reports

Dear All,

I wonder if anyone here knows how to change the time or clock at the report e.g campaign call report, the case would be I have set the clock/time in Setup > System settings according to our time/preference, but i expect that it will affect time shown in report, but unfortunately the time shown in the report is different e.g in server setting time shown as 08:00:00 in the beginning of the day, but then when i look at the report for the agent sign in for the first time the time shown is 11:32:00 ICT

What does ICT means and how to make the report time is exactly like the server time

Thanks in advance for anyone here who can give me tips on setting up the clock/time for the reports

A quick Google search will tell you what ICT stands for (Indo-China time). AFAIK, the time used in Reports is the same as your server time. You might also want to make sure your Local GMT setting is set correctly.
