inbound did lookup not working?

I setup an inbound DID and linked it to an in-group. I have the DID set to use the CIDLOOKUP method however I can't seem to get it to match the inbound calls to numbers in the existing lists. Every inbound call is created a new record in the 998 list - "default inbound list".

I am pulling my hair out over this... Any advise?

it is like half of the DID settings are not working. I have the default list id set to one of my lists so if the CID isn't found using CIDLOOKUP, it SHOULD add the new record in the list specified, right?

OK, I got it to work!

I had to import additional fields into the list - custom1(IN_[phone number]) and venderid(1[phonenumber]). Is one of these fields used to match the inbound numbers to the list?

I don't think any of those fields has anything to do with your issue. Did you have a campaign selected in the DID in the first place?
