ALT NUmbers

Hi ,
Nice software package yes. However. Were finding or are being told that to dial All numbers including the alternate numbers can not be done in the same round or lead? This is a concern.
Our leads have on average from 3 to 20 numbers that need to be dialed together,,, not later. Im finding that our alternate numbers ARE NOT being dialed at all actually even when alt dial is checked. And worse if no primary numbers are available,,, It skips the lead all together even when FULL of ALT numbers?
THIS is a major issue to not be able to control the calling of the alternate fields. Or to not even be able to force calling them. I have paid plenty to yet still be unable to cleanly have ALL numbers dialed after a CSV import.
If predictive dialing is the root reason to would use this system. One would assumed there would be more control over this aspect of the system. (To dial exactly what it is given in order) as opposed to being FORCED to anticipate that the list or string of numbers that are ALTS to be dialed later on a second round? Not good...

ANYONE have a clean way to get ALL the numbers imported to be dialed consecutively in order per lead... Or did we make a mistake in our choice? ;)

What you are looking to do is currently not doable in OSDial. It will dial all primary numbers before getting to the alt numbers.

Yes, there must be a primary number or it's not a lead.

For those that were watching this thread.
Our work around for this issue was to create a lead " same name + info" with 1 unique"ph number" per entry or individually. We used the vendor code to hold the Lead and their 10-20 numbers together. ;) Works great actually. Thanks for the reply.
