3 Way Conference Issue

Hi All,

We have setup a manual dial campaign.
Whenever the agents are parking a call and transferring the call to another line (by Dial with Customer option), when all the three parties are connected, there is a lot of echo and sometimes voice is breaking.

Other than that, everything is fine. We have an All-in-One installation. We are not using any hardware timer.

Please help.

It's intersting that you know enough to say you don't have the h/w timer, because that is the first thing you need to have. Once you have that in place any remaining issue can be looked at.
