AMD is not working

I have set the AMD feature up correctly and made sure all the settings are there in the campaign section. We make the calls but we seem to be getting all of the answering machines coming through to the agents. I've looked at the dispostion report and see none coded with 'AA' for answering machine auto.

We've adjusted settings as well but it just doesn't seem to recongize them.
