Connecting Softphone

I have installed the OSDial 64 bit version, created campaign, voip account and everything but only one problem i do not get a ring back on the soft phone when the agent logs in. I get my phone registered with the message saying registered to 1000, but when the same user logs in the phone does not ring giving the confirmation call. and after sometime the agent interface logs out saying your phone was not answered, go back and try calling your phone.

Pls help on the problem.
